The HIPPY program is available (in part) in several different languages: Arabic, Chinese, Creole, English, French, German, Hebrew, Spanish Families from many different ethnic groups comprise the global HIPPY network: Aborginal Australian, African American, African Canadian, Israeli Christian Arabs, Israeli Muslim Arabs, Asian American, Cambodian, Cantonese, Caucasian, Chinese, Circassian Muslim, Druze, First Nation Canadian, German, Hispanic, Hmong, Jewish Ethiopian, Latin American, Maori, Native American, Pacific Islanders, Russian Jews, Somali, Turkish, and Vietnamese
AustraliaHIPPY currently operates in 36 locations across Australia. Government funding provides the opportunity to expand HIPPY nationally in partnership with the Brotherhood of St Laurence. ItalyHIPPY Italy
New ZealandFirst implemented in 1992, HIPPY has taken root healthily and throughout New Zealand, expanding in 2010 to 27 communities. Three new programs are opening with government funding through the Waitemata District Health board which recognizes that HIPPY has an important role in improving the long term health and well being of children from low income families. South AfricaHIPPY South Africa has been in existence for 21 years. It has served over 20,000 young children and vulnerable families in communities and provinces of South Africa.
